Taco Salad!

Taco salad is one of my favorite meals!  It is so simple and so delicious!  The ingredients include, lettuce, 1 can of corn, 1can of kidney beans, ground beef/turkey, tomatoes, cheese, 1 packet taco seasoning, 1 can of tomatillos, sugar, 2 limes, 1 bunch of cilantro, 2 jalapenos and chips.  I usually get ground low fat turkey to try to make it a little more healthy!  First, i put the ground beef in a frying pan and add some of the taco seasoning.  Stir the meat frequently.  I add some seasoning to the meat every couple minutes until the mix is gone.  I add part of the kidney beans to the meat for the last couple minutes that the meat needs to cook.  Then i let it sit on warm.  While the meat is cooking, I cut up the tomatoes as well as the lettuce.  Next I make the green tomatillo salsa. 
First, drain the can of tomatillos and add to a blender
Next, add 1/3 cup of sugar
Take off the pieces of cilantro to add in
Cut the jalapenos in half and take out the seeds, then cut them up
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice in
Put it all in the blender and blend.

That is it and now you eat!  You can either put chips in with it or just eat it as a salad.
